The core members have an average of over 20 years of experience in the global oil and gas industry, covering key markets such as the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia. The team is renowned for its outstanding engineering execution and cross-cultural management capabilities, successfully delivering over 200 drilling and completion, oilfield service, and energy infrastructure projects. Its clients include international energy companies such as China National Petroleum Corporation, China National Offshore Oil Corporation, and China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation.

General Manager

With 23 years of experience in drilling and well repair, I have led large-scale projects in Iraq for 7 years and in Libya for 5 years. I am proficient in high-temperature and high-pressure well operations and have designed a well completion plan for Mellitah Oil & Gas with a daily output of over 10,000 barrels.


Technical Director

Former senior engineer at Schlumberger, specializing in digital oilfield construction, developed the RigEye intelligent monitoring system, which has reduced equipment failure rates by 60%.


HSE Director

API Q2, Chief Auditor of ISO 9001, the "five-layer protection system" constructed enabled PETRONOC to maintain TRIR (Recordable Accident Rate) below 0.4 for six consecutive years.
